Anonymous, 17 May 2017this update is a downgrade by samsung and they make you to purchase new device !It's a security update, the phone works the same as before, and I even got some more free space. If they were really doing what you say, no one would buy a Samsung again.

press at once power button , volume up, home button until logo appears,then choose the erase data then yes then reboot... tada...ty
