i think samsung should take care on design factor . same design in s4 & s5
likely note having 3gb ram but s5 having only 2gb ram.

Pros:
1. Top Class Amoled Screen
2. All-rounder camera
3. Removable battery
4. Small software tricks
5. Water dust protection
Cons:
1. Weight and Dimensions are slightly on higher side
2. Design and Feel is not equal to Apple or HTC
3. Loud Speaker of HTC One is better.

It looks nice but I have one ques... more1m water resistance means phone seals are design to withstand safely maximum 10 kPa (1m water) presure. So if you put the phone in 10m water depth, the water rsistance seal will break and your phone will be ruined.

It`s not Samsung that sells the product lols! Carriers make the price. If you`d buy the phone directly from samsung it`ll be around 350 USD at most. So don`t blame samsung for high price! Carriers put big prices because brands have high prestige. (Apple,Samsung) That`s why these 2 brands have the most expensive products.

By the way, follow the court case of Apple vs Samsung now. It's interesting, as a lot of secret documents are being released. Apple executives were angry at Samsung's good ads, because Apple execs said 'We have the better product".
Samsung secret documents say, their plan was to do whatever it takes to beat Apple, as "they had the better product".
Do you really need to spell it out anymore? Even both APPLE AND SAMSUNG know who has the better product.

Samsung shifted their launch dates to be a few months after iPhone, where they would avoid competing head on in sales, so they chose the period where initial sales of iPhone would taper off.
