Recently I found a problem in my Galaxy S6edge+ which is when i want go through my messages or send a photo via viber a message pups up n my screen(Allow messages to access photos, edia and files on your device- and after that-To change this permission setting, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from settings>Apps) when I oppen the apps from setting i don't know what should i do. i'll be appreciate if u guide me throw this prpblem. Thanks

I'm using one plus X but come here to see if the galaxy s5 users which users the same processer sd801 here have any problems with the device after marshmallow update and have found that most of you are having issues and I'm having lots of issues to like crashers and the phone isn't as good as its been with Android lollipop. I guess sd801 (32bit) processer can't handle the latest Android in today's 64bit era

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 (sm-g900f).Sometimes the screen just freeze, and grey lines appears.The main button and the power still working, as I can see the white light turning on and off as usual after pressing them.And after click the power button once (which turn off the display), the screen remains blackhe phone is actually still working, as I can ear it ringing or receiving messages and email.But I cant do anything, just take off the battery and restart it.I already reset it and the problem keeps happen again.Thank you in advance.

Contacts can't be deleted by itself
Try out following
1. Goto contacts>settings>contacts>contacts to display>choose all
2. Go to accounts in settings and in google now choose your account as default for play store.
3. Repeat step 2 for all accounts listed there
4. Check in contact list then

Im using S5 G900F for more than a year now..its a fantastic phone.
I just have one problem, its not updari g to marshmallow whenever i go for software updates it says latest updates are already installed..not updating to MM :(
