First of all, October 17th will make it two years since I have my S5. I don't have a problem with the build of the phone. The only part where the paint has peeled off is the charging port and that's due to me flipping it out and in on a daily basis. However, the charging port is still in tact. No other part of my S5 has any signs of wear or peeling.
I agree with the fingerprint not being hassle free but it's faster than the S6 fingerprint based on my test.
In my comparison my S5 FullHD display looks better than the S6 QuadHD. Remember what the critics said, you won't see the beauty of QuadHD unless it's on a big screen...like a TV. Nevertheless, I must admit, in comparing a music video I watched on my S5 and Note 4, the Note 4's quality was more rich, it was definitely more colorful and seemed sharper...then again, that could be because of the larger screen.
Nevertheless, if QuadHD is a big deal for you...there's a version of the S5 with QuadHD display, the G906s.

I agree with EVERYTHING you said about the S5. I'm a proud owner of one...but this comment "Disadv - Error 404 not found :)" from you is epic...ha ha ha. I like your sense of humour.

To EVERYONE:
I got the September security patch and installed it yesterday. The update is 21MB. In charging my phone today for the first time on a empty battery, I was shocked to see the battery reach 84% after 1 hour of charge. Prior to this update 1 hour of charge would replenish the battery by 71%. Has this happened to anybody else? I'm wondering if it's an improvement in the update or my battery is acting up and going bonkers (smile).

FullHD is not superior before QuadHD

I am using Samsung Galaxy s5 for the past 14 months... one of the best phones i have ever used.
Adv - Best camera with HD images & video recording.
Good processor & RAM, phone never hangs ( depends on app usage ).
Fingerprint lock & others are perfect as said.
Disadv - Error 404 not found :)
