To the first person, it automatically turns off if you don't touch it for a little bit. Also, the blue light means that you have a notification. The hotness is when the phone overheats. It's not damaged, it just means that the battery has been used a lot and it's a little tired.

elf3017, 03 Oct 2016it depends on your network's signal After updating to Marshmallow, I'm facing such problem. It sends messages while WiFi is being used but can't send messages while sim data is being used, when data is switched off, it sends messages again.

I bought samsung s5 in South Korea which was giving messaging service till recently. For the last four months I cannot send SMS. The Mumbai service centre people say it has to be sent to Korea, since it will cost much if done locally. Why can I not get help locally in Mumbai?

Now my mobile is extremely very fast. i don't need to update whether it have any new features.

You are mistaken. I would suggest you check your source and if they do say 4G is not supported, please let them know they are mistaken.
