I've just bought galaxy s5 & its working fine overall, but it has an issue with the notification led, the led is always ON, while using & even when the phone is switched off. Can anyone pls tell me how to get rid of this...

Greetings All,
I have this issue with me S5. I initially transferred about 400 copies of my pictures from picture Gallery application to my "Vault" application to hide them. But today, when I checked my vault application, I could not see any of the pictures there again & I did not delete them either.
Please I need your help to resolve this, I really need those pictures back.

The mm layout is similar to loli. MM does provide some more features like app permissions etc. But the main reasons why i like mm is it faster, smoother, no strange errors (touch wood). I got over 60,000 on Antutu benchmark which was a huge improvment. Almost all of the gains came from the UX section which covers real world usage. This tells me samsung has done some great software tweaks.

I purchased the S5 two weeks ago and it was used.It is on Marshmallow and it is perfect.I hope that this phone will be good in the next period.Apsolutely worth of buying.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2016I got a Samsung S5 phone & when I got it I used it maybe for 2mons max. After that I wasn'... moreI too purchased the Samsung Galaxy S5, and the warranty ends in two weeks. The phone screen goes black. If I take the battery out and put it back in it may or may not display. My problem is with the screen display. If I can get the display to work, I can be playing a game, and it will slowly black out. If it turns off when not in use, it won't display after that as well. I went to Bell store, and they mentioned water damage and if dropped. I said no... and that I had a protective case on it. She then continued to say it would cost me $40 to send away, $250 for a loaner phone, and if it was said damage, I would have to pay for that. They didn't do anything but recommend I go on-line with BELL, where I ordered it from, so I did. They could only recommend I call Samsung at 1-800-726-8764. I then called Samsung. They want pictures of the phone... the receipt when purchased (a year ago) and to email it to them. I have no receipt, as that was a year ago. I am not eliglble for upgrade until 2017. The phone also got really hot to touch on one side. Has anyone else experienced this with their Samsung. I always recommended the Samsung to all my family, which they have switched, however, this service was not what I expected.

S.Saleem, 08 Sep 2016How much RAM Samsung Galaxy S5 consumes when upgrading to M6.0.1 ? Any other issues when upgrading?I upgraded to mm and the phones been running better than loli. With mm i only had 100mb system space left but i've had no problems installing countless apps. I installed mm through odin and the install wasn't clean. Alot of my apps,data was still there after the flash and the phone was playing up. So i did a factory wipe and the phones been running great. Had to reinstall the apps, data. I of course did a nandroid backup before upgrading to mm just in case it sucked. Do yourself a favour and upgrade to mm.

lately my sansung galaxy s5 really brother me, when i try to save a picture from google chrome, it ask me for storage access permission, and then it ask me to turn off some screen overlay. why give me all these trouble to just save one picture?
