Anonymous, 27 Apr 2016First back up your data. Then go to Backup and reset. From there do "Factory data reset". Now ... moreAlready did.. reseted my device 2 times. Also cleaned the cache memory but nothing happened yet. Very disappointed. I think it is due to the reason that phone imei in settings don't match with the imei written beneath the battery. If any body know the solution kindly let me know. Thanks

Apparently from my carrier i was informed voice mail is visual with ads,i will be getting rid of my Samsung phone because of this,shoving down my throat attempt of advertising. Getting rid of my tv and will not purchase another samsung product

i've had the Samsung galaxy s5 and i'm pretty sure i have a defective phone. since the day i've got it i have had problem with sound, freezing and the phone shutting off. i have reset the phone and followed all the steps they have told me to fix my phone. nothing is working and i need a phone that works for work related. I love Samsung but if nothing is done i will be switching from the android world. i am very disappointed with how Samsung has handled this. at this point i think i should be offered a new phone!!! i'm not a person to try and get things for free but this as now become ridiculous with what i have had to deal with and i haven't even had the phone for 2 years!!! not impressed at all!!!
