The consequences are that you are not covered by original Samsung warranty and you'll receive updates later or sooner that other from your country.I am from Europe also, and my device was produced for and imported from UAE. The product is defenetly original.

Good for people like me who work outdoor ... moreBut be careful cause it is not resistant to salty water, so don't bring it on the beach and use when in the sea water. At least it is better than the expensive fruit phone toy with nothing to offer but the logo of an apple with a bite.

Got s5 , a couple of months ago on kitkat and got update notification ,file was more thn 1 gig . Updated it and had bugs like stucked fingerprint scanner and sim2 call stopped sometimes,, but went fr updating again a week ago :while searching fr downgrading to kitkat... saw something in phone updates.
. It was some small update:i thnk for bugs ... and now its running smooth.. camera starts in 2 seconds , fingerprint is better and sim2 call works fine
...cant find a better phn thn ths... go for lollipop... guys
