Decent enough phone.
All phones should, of course, have easily changeable batteries and be waterproof as this is (and the flap-less design for micro-USB, too).
So. All pluses. 1.5 gb memory is not impressive and generally speaking it's not too fast.
Size is good, though and in use it works quite well.
One drawback is that lint from pockets will get stuck in the microphone hole. Cleaning is not too big a hazzle (doable with a needle), but that doesn't help if you are in the middle of nowhere.
It hangs once a week on average which is criticizeable (hell, this is 2015/2016), but not unusual for smart phones (which says something, I guess)

this phone is good i have one but i got 2 problems first was with speaker after 20 days it stops working after 90 days the vibration stops working, while looking for solution in internet i found out those are major problem for samsung s5.

Look up the firmware rollout on sammobile´s firmware section so you can see which countries already got it and if yours is to get it soon.

it is a great mobile to buy
but i faced a problem after upgrading 5.1.1 lolipop
my contacts list and call logs shows a "contact list is updating" sign and it doesn't disappear
and it doesn't show my contacts

Anonymous, 26 Dec 2015What does it mean when it says it have touchwiz?Touchwiz is what Samsung calls their UI (User Interface).
Android phones usually share a common design theme, but phone manufacturers often add their own stuff on top of it. Motorola has MotoBlur I think, LG has Optimus, HTC has Sense, Sony's is just called Xperia which is confusing, and the OnePlus phones have OxygenOS, whereas Google's phones, because their parent company also makes Android, all have the stock Android UI without any custom tweaks and frills.
Give it a Google under the image search filter to see the differences, else check out a video on Youtube! Switching brands can sometimes be confusing because of these UI differences.
P.S. The only thing I can think of to note about the Touchwiz UI is that it supports screen-splitting; opening more than one app at the same time and splitting the screen real estate. It can be cool, I guess
