The fingerprint sensor and heart rate monitor are just gimmicky features. Unnecessary and useless.
It's true that Samsung phones have better camera. Plus replaceable battery. But unfortunately they don't have FM Radio.

Internet radio gives you more choices of radio stations from all over the world. Better FM radio stations are available in internet radio but not available in built-in radio.
You like limitations, limitation of radio stations to choose from and limitation to move around due to the messy headset wires.

i said millions listen to fm radio in their "cars".
and what u r calling it dangling headsets is still the most common way to listen to your music,watch movies,listen to fm radio,and of course calling.
ps:the wired headsets comes free with phones and they are used by millions.

I'm not depending the lack of radio, what I mean is why would deprive yourself of a good smartphone just because of the radio?

What negative point you are tal... moreif something is available for free why should i pay money for it.
i don't want to pay for the web radio it does not eat my money only but also eats the battery.
i always listen to my local fm radio channels in my car as millions of people do in 2014 and for freee,and when i step out of the car and i want to continue listening to my programs i will be happy if my phone will allow me to do so quickly ,easily and for freeeeeee.
please stop defending the wrong choices,that is what killed nokia.

What negative point you are talking about?
Internet radio is the best.
And don't say what if you don't have internet coverage or data plan is expensive because my answer is, you don't need a 4G/3G phone if that is the case.
Buy a 2G phone with built-in radio.
Built-in radio is out,
Internet radio is in!
By the way, free WiFis are almost everywhere except the mountains, forests and rice fields. LOL!

the s5 mini has almost equal dimensions to xperia compact but still it has larger screen and it is lighter in weight.
the s5 mini has the much better super amoled screen and gorrila glass while xperia has regular IPS LCD with obligatory scratchable shatter proof plastic
cover over the glass.
the s5 mini has fingerprint sensor ,heart rate monitor and infra red port.
the 20mp camera of the xperia compact is only a marketing gimmick ,the real life performance is horrible for 20 mp camera,the s4 mini produces better images,use gsmarena photo comparison tool to confirm this.
and we don't forget the camera manufacturing flow of the xperia ... the flash bleed
the xperia compact has better processor and larger ram but s5 mini will perform well in most of the normal situations.
the s5 mini has removable battery.
the xperia compact loud speaker performance is below average.
we still waiting for the fm radio ,if samsung decided to remove the fm radio like what happened to the galaxy s5 then it will be a negative point for the s5 mini.
the design and the UI are personal preference.

Guys don't be fooled by this market tricks don't buy this mini's u don't get good support. Its better to go with flagship models. I have s4 mini duos still they didn't update the latest android KitKat and the phone have heating issues because of network. Only flagship models get immediately updates. Don't buy any mini.

thats the reason we buy s5 mini after s4 mini, because apple and samsung wont release any updates after that, thats marketing, also i myself hate to do everything on my phone via itunes, i cant download torrent on it, i cant expand the memory, i cant play 1080p videos smoothly, i cant customize my lockscreen on it,
thats the reason i wont buy too much money on a phone like that
