Certain rumours that came about this phone's processor have suggested an exynos 3470 chipset with a quad-core cortex a7 CPU at 1.4GHz and a Mali-400 MP4 quad-core graphics processor but some benchmark results that came have suggested a snapdragon 400 chipset with the same CPU but an adreno 305 GPU instead. So folks, it still remains to be seen as to which of these chipsets is powering this phone. Maybe, samsung may have two versions of the phone, one version using the snapdragon 400 which supports 4G LTE, while the exynos 3470 will power the non-LTE variant of the device.

serioUsly NO GPU is there in S5 mini what the hell samsung is doing with there device..... S4 mini is better than S5 mini as comapred on GPU

Camera in smartphones is for capturing instant moments when your digital camera is not ready.
Therefore the photo quality should be good as well.

advice, 01 Jul 2014i am also going to buy a mini phone,i almost bought the xperia compact but luckily i didn't,,,... moreI've heard of that issue. But it was in initial release. later releases are defects free. So no need to bother about flash bleeding issue now.
Anyways, i checked many samples images of Z1C at night and they were not good. But camera does well in daylight. Whatever i have a digital camera, so I am not bothered about it.
I like its design, size and power compared to any other mini's... :)
