Sounds like the ideal replacement for my beloved S3 Mini (I don't like big phones, you see). I wanted the Z1 Compact at first but Sony's design and UI, while pretty, don't do it for me.
Specs sound great for the most part. I felt 4.3' was too little of a size increase compared to S3M's 4', so 4.5' sounds great. Standard HD is perfect for this size- full HD would've been overkill. And it's Samsung, so you're getting very thin bezels: so ergonomics will be excellent as usual.
2 GB of RAM might've been better, but the S4 Mini was pretty fluid with with the 1.5 GB so I guess it's fine- I don't run heavy apps anyway. 8 MP are ok, all I want are some good enough photos.
I just hope this "little" guy sports Snapdragon 800.

S4 Mini did not have a notification LED.

Samsung is used to producing big sized phones and some of us that are not big phone fans don't like that. If they plan to release Samsung Mini Phones, they should be mini phones indeed. A 4inch size phone is idea size for Samsung S5 mini. I think 4.5inch is still on the big side for a mini phone. Please make it 4inch for people like us who are more comfortable with small phones.

If it has a small frame for the those inches and a water resistance as s5 does, this will be the perfect phone for me. I dont like big phones...

it will be very nice if the phone don't exceed 5.1" in its lenth while the display remains 4.5".

Looks like as last a successor to S2, albeit probably bigger :-) By that I mean it's not worse in any spec, except lacking mhl and usb-otg.

2.Memory.- 2 GB RAM

4.Camera.- 16 - 2 MP

Yes, but 10 MP or 8 MP is not a big difference. Unless you want to print your photo's. I recommend buying a digital camera if you think a better is a must.
