Guys i have big problem, since i updated the phone from 5.0 to 5.1.1 android when i make an outgoing call(only on some numbers but it's 50% of them) they cannot hear me, but when i close the call and i recive a call from the number i called(2 seconds later) they can hear me just perfect. Someone help please. Hope you understand me.

You kind of have to pick at the edges of the camera to get a piece of the plastic up to take it off. Should look good after you've done that!

It reset by it self, freeze, the reset crash, app will close at random, fonction close ... moreUnfortunately there was a fake Samsung Galaxy S5 phone from Chinese company Goophone. You may Google for "Fake Samsung Galaxy S5".
The Goophone company has fake versions of many Samsung phones including Galaxy S7. Not sure if there is a fake Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, however on eBay there were many such cases of selling fake Samsung phones. Be careful!
In case you phone is purchased from legitimate Samsung reseller you may ask them or Samsung support for your country to replace your phone.

There is no special forum here "for customers" because this site doesn't offer phones and customer service. You may contact your reseller or Samsung customer support only and ask there for their solution.
You may do Google (or Youtube) search for "Samsung S5 Neo microphone fix" and find other forums where people are complaining from the same problem and suggesting solutions too (hairpin in the mic hole, restart in safe mode, etc). You may complain there too if it makes you happy.
You may do Google (or Youtube) search for "iPhone 6 microphone fix" and you will find other customers complaining from the same problem. The same problem could happen with every other phone...

There are different versions in different countries (the standards are different).
You should checkup for viruses too - many games apps are coming with different kind of malware. You may use pre-installed Samsung Smart Manager app or any other antivirus app.
Finally, in case of support problem you should contact Samsung support, or your reseller - if you did not buy your smartphone from GSMARENA, why do you ask for customer support here?

If your not happy with their service. Threaten to return phone and cancel your plan. My mothers G2 went in for repair 4 times for basicly same thing in the first 2 months with Bell. They replaced everything but the main board. Said there is nothing else they can do. Threatened to cancel everything. They replaced the phone. New one worked perfectly.
Incoming call quality is very poor, 99% of people who ring me complain that they can't hear me,I always tell them to hang up and I have to ring them back and then it's fine. My son also has a s5 neo and the same thing happens with his phone. Have only had the phone since 26th December. Anybody know what's wrong or what I can do to get it sorted
