I'm impressed by the significant improvement in the build quality of this device. The Galaxy S6 feels like a solidly made phone, separating itself from its #S5 predecessor with the more flimsy "plasticky" feel.
It's obvious that Samsung has been coming under heavy fire to make a better looking and feeling device. I can honestly say the phone truly looks and feels good. There is a smoothness yet comfortable unbothered grip when you hold the device.
You can see the look of wealth and splendor from the glassy and glossy lines of the designs, extending along the sides and the back glass.
Without much testing, I can say the S6 runs pretty well. Very fast in the execution of tasks and moving from app to app. Nevertheless rest assured that your share of app crashes will however come as those are intrinsically just #Android.
Hats off to #Samsung on this device.

Sam Cheong, 09 Jul 2015To be honest, the battery draining problem that you have facing on S6 is not Samsung's problem... moreYeah, the software itself makes the difference. Thats why apply is very awesome to make ios, so efficient, fast, and effective that with only one Gb of Ram is enough to do all the job. Just hope someday android can make software that as light as ios.
Is Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos SM-G920FD model compatible with Wi-Fi calling? Anyone using this model who can check the settings for me?
Tam, 08 Jul 2015hello guys, i am a iphone 6 user before and i already switch to galaxy s6 due to amazed by its... moreTo be honest, the battery draining problem that you have facing on S6 is not Samsung's problem, but is Android Lollipop 5.0 problem! Other Android OEM makers also facing this problem.
AnonD-298271, 09 Jul 2015The issue of battery drain may be some background app, I totally Agree iPhone 6+ has very good... moreNo offense, but comparing the iphone 6 Plus with the S6 does not makes sense...one is phablet, the other is a phone...you should compare the 6 Plus and the Note 4 and then you will find that the Note 4 battery actually outshines the 6 Plus in the battery department (pretty much any other department too if you ask me)...
AnonD-217260, 08 Jul 20151. many ppl wont understand why samsung remove the sd card slot. because sc card will slow dow... moreSd card does not slow your phone down. Just buy good quality class 10 sd card. Batteries tend to show their age after one year. Their capicities will reduce to 75% no matter how u use them.
tbh, 09 Jul 2015S6 is 10 times better than iPhone 6 and 5 times better than lg g4 which is currently facing cr... moreThere is no 8Gb option in iphone 6. S6 is not better than iphone or G4. These phones are on the same level and choice depends on users' likes and dislikes.
The issue of battery drain may be some background app, I totally Agree iPhone 6+ has very good battery life. It last me as my primary phone for whole day with heavy use. I got S6 as part of my second contract renewal, and hardly use it. So cannot comment on actual usage. But what I observed is that if in Airplane mode it hardly drain the battery and saw 6% drain in over a week time. So far I haven't decided what to use it for, and hardly spend time with it but plan to use it as camera for my weekend outings. My S6 currently have very few downlaoded apps and games around 25.
S6 is 10 times better than iPhone 6 and 5 times better than lg g4 which is currently facing critics over it's performance. However it's true that Samsung have tried to adapt iPhone 6 but still it's way better. I can see disappointment among people due to removal of sd card and non removable battery. But this won't make u starve for storage that happens in iPhone which provides 8GBP and 16gb quite useless option bcuz half of it is already eaten.
Why S6(2550mAh with 2k display)last 12hr web browsing(according to gsm arena,I don't even know these numbers are true)while my s4(2600mAh with 1080p display)only last 3.5hr of web browsing??? My s4 is 1 year old and will s6 web browsing time reduce to similar numbers after 1 year?
Are you mentally retarded saying this phone has low specs? currently it is pushing some of the latest hardware and software available. Take your garbage blackberry back to the early 2000s when flip phones we're still popular and leave reviews for those that actually know phones. As for the S6, it is a solid phone overall though it has not overtaken the Note 4 as my daily phone due to battery life being short and getting hot at times. All in all for an average user though it is a good upgrade. And if anyone claims that iPhones outperform either the s6 or the note 4, your comment is automatically ignored as you along with the crackberry guy, don't know what you're talking about
Battery timing is very less. just like iphones.
design and everything is good.
hello guys, i am a iphone 6 user before and i already switch to galaxy s6 due to amazed by its design and performance: To be honest s6 is powerful and has a great display which iphone cant compare. I like this phone. But i have some issues that make me think twice to switch phone again. the battery life is so terrible, it has several heat sometimes, and got laggy. i had put a review in this site before that mention how bad my battery life was. i just put the phone standby for sleep during 12pm to 8am and the battery already decrease from 100 to 86. even i put the phone in airplane mode and just used wifi on, it still decreased bout 12-14% for one night.. so i have no cchoice to switch again to iphone 6+ which cleary solve my problem. it last long and has great battery life. a stand by during sleeping hours for 12pm to 8am and watching you tube for one hour, the battery just decreased 8% from 100 to 92%.. so i am sorry for samsung i have no choice to leave you. i hope samsung engineer can work better.
AK, 08 Jul 2015Note 4 or Galaxy S6 or iPhone 6?i think s6 or s6 edge
AnonD-90793, 07 Jul 2015Phone is great... better than most phones outhere..Low spec. Expensive. Waste of money
It may be a bit expensive for some but if you get it with a contract it's no more than other flagships but as for low spec what planet are you living on this phone is a monster.
