whether the charging port and MHL out are in the same port? or are they separate sockets?
Michael Parker, 27 Mar 2015Rants? How many hundreds of posts have you made in this section repeating the same things over... moreHe is not repeating the same thing. On the other hand you keep talking about same points, to bash this brand.

m86k, 26 Mar 2015Apps to SD removal was part of some android update, not Samsung's fault by being compliant. ... moreRants? How many hundreds of posts have you made in this section repeating the same things over and over and over?
[deleted post]S6 uses exynos 7420 which is 14 nm built, thus no overheating issues is present. Snapdragon 810 used in other andriod devices has overheating issues.
Before its launch Active is announced with sd card ad removable battery, back to pavilion Sammy. Maybe you survived on these primitive commotions. But look out 800$ will be a myth, maximum sales at 500 when ever reached.
Madhav100, 27 Mar 2015Thanks, but GSMArena says battery backup of S6 is very bad, thats why I am confuse. Because I ... moreFor you question it's best to do Google search for phone arena S6 battery life test, as it won't let me post the link. It compares the battery life S6 edge, S6 and M9.
Having said that do check the devices in store before choosing handset.

1701, 27 Mar 2015I have said this before, you can't go wrong with any of the android handsets this year.
How... moreTrue. Even ph...arena stated that after the "thermal update" M9 took a hit in performance.
Word is Qualcomm is trying to shift as soon as possible out of its 20nm but since those changes won't come before late this year, SD810 phones won't be usable to their full potential :
Be sure to check ph...arena S6 battery tests article. It is totally on par with S5 according to them.

However Overheating is major issue, if it happens manufacturers have to reduce performance of the device. Some claim that SD810 is not overheating, review of g flex 2 from gsm and android police and m9 state otherwise. Also if you check video of flex 2 from gsm review on the third page you notice a slight lag right at the start.
So Samsung did the right thing by using exynos and not taking any chances.
Heating will be major problem . The company must solve this problem. Pricing will be on higher side. Thin but not worth paying 50000/- note four is better.
1701, 26 Mar 2015Also you believe lg when they say that snapdragon 810 powering their devices is not overheatin... moreI remember S3 which was heating easily with simple calls or under heavy usage like gaming and which wasn't mentionned in reviews back in the time or with a far less impact. But SD810 overheating and throttling in all reviews and even before in news, this is not deniable. I woudn't imagine using that if it's such a noticeable.
All signs are pointing to that since a few months, people were even accusing Samsung of trolling in news just because of that.
Michael Parker, 26 Mar 2015Micro SD, removable battery, radio, on Galaxy S3 they tried to remove the ability to move Apps... moreAlso you believe lg when they say that snapdragon 810 powering their devices is not overheating. Despite reviews saying it does overheat. What do you expect lg to say, that our device is overheating and we either have to reduce performance or just let it be.
