Samsung Galaxy S5 had USB 3.0. Why does the newer Galaxy S6 only have USB 2.0 ?
[deleted post]My opinion would be that my money is better invested in a S6 Edge than in some fun time that won't last a year and more.
About choosing your phone, i totally agree. You choose whatever you need.
But all i see since S6's announcement is a contest of the most stupid argueing. S6 isn't passing checkpoints to them ? So they can check other phones. Goodbye S6, hello M9 no?
People buy what they need no need to try to convince others that Samsung is going to bankrupt just because S6 is too expensive for them or doesn't have FM radio or microsd slot or isn't protected for rainy days.
Sony Clique, 09 Mar 2015And this is not a new phenomenon as the profit is the only thing in their set of beliefsIf you actually did some research you would know the reason behind not including card slot. Might want to take a look at this link and it will become clear.
Nothing is perfect in the world. At least this is the most desirable phone with reasonable price. For average performance cheaper models are the best option those are just slightly different than hind end and same functionalities.
adpk, 09 Mar 2015Yesgo buy that http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_grand_max-6905.php
or a S5 if you desperately want a S6 with microsd/removable battery instead of polluting comments.
We got it that you won't buy a S6 without them especially at that price and that you are foreseeing Samsung demise with S6 unlike the news coming slowly of the contrary.
m86k, 09 Mar 2015It's not too late. You can still buy a S5 Duos version.Duos by itself is only 25 % of the story .....
Sad that Samsung is not listening to its customers who have been fans
If this does not change .... rapid downfall post the S6
DeaN, 09 Mar 2015Whatever people say, the obvious reality is that Samsung could have easily added a memory card... moreAnd this is not a new phenomenon as the profit is the only thing in their set of beliefs
Sony Clique, 09 Mar 2015First of all please don't compare Samsung with Sony the great. Samsung might have made huge pr... moreStop being blind Sony boy.
I recon that Sony was in the time a major manufacturer of electronic appliances (i've known MD, walkman, discman, and you?). But that time is over for years.
I'm not a Samsung fanboy, i'm just being realistic. Sony is closer to end its mobile division as previous news said than Samsung whatever your thinking.
Now about deceiving people with tantalizing products whatever. What are you? a kid ? So each time you come across a nice unknown lady in the street you get deceived ?
And latest news on GSMA won't deceive you then ?
DeaN, 09 Mar 2015Whatever people say, the obvious reality is that Samsung could have easily added a memory card... moreI bet you are mobile phone engineer commenting that way, knowing all about architectures, advantages, cons, space used by components, motherboard diagrams, weight, bandwith distribution, etc.. oops? Did i loose you? sorry
Jani, 09 Mar 2015Can u understand that there is many people cant buy the 64GB or
128 Gb s6 ?? Can y understand... moreFor those people, there's a solution you know?
put your cheap microsd inside it and you can dj your battery all day long too!
m86k, 06 Mar 2015Guys, it's just a rumor, but check what i've just found on a site...
Leaked Sony Xperia Z... moreSo, i was saying...
Samsung's latest phone sports a battery that's almost 10% smaller than its predecessor. That's unusual for the Korean mobile giant, as Samsung had previously made it a point to increase the battery capacity for each of its prior Galaxy handsets.
Three-quarters of adults (73%) preferred a thicker phone with a larger battery. In contrast, only 12% preferred a thinner phone with lesser battery life.
Galaxy S5 is certainly thicker than Apple's iPhone 6 (a 1.2mm difference) it's far from unwieldy. In chasing Apple's design, Samsung may have sacrificed one of its greatest selling points.
Wow, S6 really do give big impact to Apple, now they want to make waterproof, then I'll guess S7 gonna bring something new or keep the real identity have microsd card, removable battery and add something new like thin, glass, metal, fast charging and other stuff~ who knew what in they think in the future
woowwwwwwwwwwwww !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This phone is to die for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
m86k, 09 Mar 2015So much quoting for that ? You don't understand what you read, do you?
Samsung was making j... moreFirst of all please don't compare Samsung with Sony the great. Samsung might have made huge profits by their advertising policies. However, Sony have never tried to deceive people by making tantalizing products. As far as my memory helps Sony has been called the God of Appliances and the God if Quality all around the world. As well as this Sony always have been a precursor not an emulator and there have been a lot of innovation by Sony such as the first commercial TV sets, HiFi, Blueray and etc.
Regarding your statement concerning financial fiasco, I think I would say that, Samsung phone section made a huge loss because of their flagships. Could you evaluate the LOSS please. This is not a matter of the numbers of sold phones. This is a matter of description for loss and for Samsung they did not reached their least profits that is needed for a company to be able to continue.
