From my experience I've had the S6 Edge plus since release and it's pretty durable. Build wise it is potentially dangerous dropping it without a case which is why I purchased a rugged case to protect my phone. Even after 11 months I'm not noticing any lag in the software and Android 6.0.1 vastly improved touchwiz making it much faster than it was on lollipop. If you have the money then it's worth buying in my opinion as this phone has lasted me quite a while and hopefully a whole lot longer

And I never had any issue like this, the only time when it's heated is when you use FAST CHARGING option (every smartphone out there, is surely gonna do that while using this function i.e; fast charging). Processing speed, Cam, everything is just PERFECT. It's a must buy gadget, surely you're gonna love it specially by it's look.
