I have 928c and updated to marshamallow on 21-03-2016
I have feel a lot of improvement.
First the finger print sincer was so fast.
The whole UI seems to be more fluid, more smooth like a butter.
The device is fast now and much more responsive
The battery life is so good now, on stand by it is far good than I expected.

The phone's battery is now far much better and no more heating issues. My phone is now always cold. Marshmallow rocks

Mine still charges in 1 hour and 10 minutes. However, the battery life is more or less the same as that of Lollipop.

Or should I go For the ... moreRedmi Note 3, Mate8, and the R9 Plus that's going to come out soon are all way better choices. The first is really good, and cheap enough to buy unlocked. The second is somewhat expensive, only a little less than the Note5.
There's also the XPlay 5 and 5 Elite that would probably beat any of these phones, and I think you can buy those soon as well. These are also expensive.
