I got this phone on release day in the uk,i had put a couple of deep scratches on the screen so i bought a clearview case but the case has made it worse the edge of the screen is totally marked by dozens of tiny scratches where the case is hinged also lots of weird blobs on the screen and dulled the screen i told samsung and they said send it and the case to them and they know its a fault with the case and they would replace the screen, ive now been told they wont do anything because the scratches i caused have voided the warranty wtf?if the scratches werent there they would of replaced the screen this is irrelevent as the edge is the damaged area caused by the case and i asked whqt is the difference the case has caused damage all i got was the original scratches have voided the warranty so be careful if you have a case on to make the screen scratch free as possible if youve a scratch already there samsung will use this to avoid replacing the damage the clearview case causes...

sunny singh, 15 Dec 2015why processor showing quad core ? its octa coreI thought the same thing at first, but you'll notice that it has two quad-core CPUs listed. They work together on the SoC to create the octa-core.
Great phone, never get any problem from this phone.
Long life battery.
Whoever is facing issue of ph getting hang plz try to uninstall all themes which u have downloaded from Theme Store and then see your phone will work as smooth as you bought on 1st day. This is what I have experienced.
sdu, 09 Dec 2015I use fingerprint detection for security now it doesn't want to read the print it requires bac... moreFactory reset. S6 edge+ is a complicated phone if you never used a flagship android. You should had inserted the backup pin like everyone else. Or keep trying the fingerprint scanner till you find luck. Clean the home button and your finger first before trying again. If it ia not working then you are screwed.
I have brought this phone from Australia about AUS$1200/- in last October'15. It is an excellent ohone I have ever used.
Users who are reporting about various issues of this phone may be factory faulty. So they should replace their device if have their warrenty.

Reasons: 1... moreAgreed...I bought this phone around 3 weeks ago and on very same day I noticed some fine scratches starting to appear on my screen. Then I purchased a synthetic rubberised screen guard for around $10.after that it has been a smooth sailing. I also suggest you the same, if it suits you.

You can see on xda 60+ pages about screen hardness flaws, even samsung admitted that top layer of the screen is not hard as shoud be. Their own protective clear case damaging screens.
Phone is beast, and i don't have complain on that. But design flaws are obvious

Guys this phone i have for 2 months now, my advice is stay away from this device!
1. My screen glass is all messed up with scratches. I had a nexus 5 for 2 years before this phone and today is the same like first day and newer used any of covers or other protective crap. I take care of my phone, newer droped or anything, it's in my pocket or on my desk, how did i get this scratches i dont know, but evry few days i see a now one. For expensive phone like this, I didn't expect this kind of problem.
2. Power button is sticky and don't click like supposed to do.
3. The sharp edges of the phone is so uncomfortable, after using phone for 10 minutes you can feel the cat in your fingers.
This is the main reasons that I feel like a fool to spend that amount of money for first time in my life on the phone, and have so much problems.
I had a rule to stay away from samsung phones after i switched from S2 to S3, that was my best decision in last few years, but i fell on visual design on this phone and now i have to deal with this consequences like big fool.
Thanks to SAMSUNG
samsung s6 edge plus suddenly blacks out. Have a new one....it heats up when charging. then twice it suddenly blackout while in use. the 2nd time it blacked out ...it never came back. had to return it to the samsung center.
The Chinese input features are not as good as its compoetitors.
1. the final word selection box is too small
it is easy to select the wrong one
2. the switch between hand-writing mode to phonetic mode is clumsy.
for both aforementioned features, HTC does a much better job.
