Had you actually read what the phone was telling you during set up you would know this.
I think it is just another over-priced piece of garbage. Mine isn't even a month old and already there are issues. It no longer recognizes my fingerprint and won't accept my pass-code.
I paid $800 dollars for a device just to have to peruse the internet for solutions to problems.
For $800 I don't want to spend my free time trying to figure out how to fix the problems on a device someone else invented and is getting rich selling to the public.
What the hell ever happened to customer service? An $800 cell should come with some type of support that doesn't suggest visiting forums and combing through post after post hoping to find a solution to the problem your device is exhibiting.
Shit, it doesn't even come with an owners manual, it does , however come with a booklet as thick as an owners manual full of advertising.
If I want an owners manual I have to go online and print one out so that a billion dollar company can save money then spend that money stuffing advertisements into the box with my phone in an attempt to relieve me of more of my hard earned money.
Isn't anyone else sick and tired of paying for products only to have to spend your time off fixing the product when it breaks?
You are responsible for paying for the product, figuring out what is wrong with the product when it acts up and responsible for finding and applying the solution to fix the problem?
Every time I use this phone my cheek or hand for some reason disconnects call...
Have never been so disappointed~ it cost nearly $1200
Anonymouses, 05 Nov 2015Go for 64gb.Yes 64Gb, always nice to have big memory capacity, much better than a memory card which is easily corrupted. Best phone ever, looks and features.
