I bought Samsung s6 in Kuwait. Within 1 yr it has packed up . Being a sealed unit I cannot open it to chi why it is dead. All my data my pictures are in it. I go to Samsung service centers at Secunderabad India and they say it cannot be rectified. Because it was bought abroad . Strange logic to tell a customer go get lost fend for yourself.
When it was working I was very happy with its performance and even gifted away my apple phone i6 s.
You tell me what should I do ? I don't want to lose my data and pictures.

Could anyone please help me decide on which mobile I'm going to buy. I am confused which one to buy, GALAXY NOTE 5, SAMSUNG S6 PLUS or HUAWEI MATE 8 PREMIUM. All the feature are almost the same, but I'm seeking for the excellent OVERALL quality. Please help me.
