This phone has many small glitches! Suddenly touch stops responding and it gets very hot? Should I be worried? :(

Really glad that I bought this phone - but I really don't understand how people can use the S7 Edge without pressing all of the buttons on the side whilst you are holding it with the curved screen...

The Samsung S7 is actually not rock solid, it does have a lot of faults when it comes to software reliability. It might be based on the differing chipsets that are sold with the unit, they are not all the same and you really won't know what you're getting until you read the about information on the phone itself. The weather resistance is another deal breaker. Mine has been in the shop for months now, that's right you heard it right! Months now with water damage when it got rained on so if you have a cell phone that has not been properly assembled at the factory then you will be screwed over the day it gets wet. manufacturers warranty apparently does not cover water damage. Go figure.

Great phone, but serious bloatware issues. It is very annoying that i get notifications several times a day about samsung pay, installing samsung apps, etc. I will switch to iPhone next because of this. Very bothersome.

Please share with m... moreI am using galaxy S7 for 7 months and so far no problems it has a good camera decent battery life approx 1 day on average use it has nice usability it's fast enough to work as your daily driver and yes a it's a phone so you can have best quality calls on it
I think the Samsung S7 is an excellent phone but Samsung customer service is exceptionally poor and is failing tragically. My water resistant phone recently had moisture damage and it went to Samsung repair centers 4 different times and they refused to fix or replace it even though it was under warranty. I was told via email several times that they would fix it but they did not. Every time I called them I was put on hold for 15 mins at a cost of 5 euro a call before getting a member of staff who came across as not knowing what they were doing. They are diabolically slow and incompetent with there customer service and my experience with them will never ever make me buy any Samsung product ever again. If you want customer service, buy a different brand.

I can't believe I've spent so much time trying to make it works. I used to have a lot of Samsung devices starting from S2. It's the last one. Simple things like synchronising contacts and calendar, even after hours of reading different forums, do not work. Can you imagine there is an app to solve the problem but the Samsung support team don't say anything. Do not waste your time with this device!
