So far, haven't come across any lag or software bugs. It feels much easy to handle the S7.. The size is just perfect for me. Everything is top notch. The camera is marvellous on the S7, the pro mode is great and easy to use even for a newbie to creative photography. Focusing is damn fast. Faster than I've seen on any phone or point and shoot cameras. Dual Pixel works like a charm in any lighting condition. Samsung's camera computational algorithms works intelligently, like determining the best image values in different lighting conditions. What I really like is the pro mode, it's not just easy to use but really well thought out. I'm very much into smartphone photography, and I love taking nice shots. I have had quite a good camera phones like the Nokia N8 in the past, a great camera phone during its time. The S7 is miles ahead of N8's camera quality and there's no comparison between the two except when it comes to flash type. Xenon flash freezes action so you can take shots like this in low light. https://imgur.com/a/wMNq0
I've taken difficult shots like birds in flight mode with my S7, could have done better if it had optical zoom. Panaromas shots are high resolution with plenty of details (huge mb) and it's the best I've ever seen on a phone. OIS works like really good in low light. The S7 Camera is indeed awesome and top notch.

On my S7, the vibration even in full intensity is bit refined and not really much strong, as pointed by Shhzd amar.. You can try the different vibration patterns to see if it works for you. It's not a big deal for me because I never had an issue with the vibration strength paired with my ringtone sound.
Mohammad, 20 Oct 2017Thank you.
But parelel to introducing s7, samsung credited itself as a leader and put s7 on ... moreBro, you maybe used to the harsh vibrations of other motors... Some are so harsh that they're actually audible... Switching from such motors to a refined motor will take some time for getting used to... The same motor is being used for generations now, the latter started with the S3 and then on every flagship its the same...
Just wait a bit, and you will get used to...

But parelel to introducing s7, samsung credited itself as a leader and put s7 on the top list of its flagship devices.
It is perhaps the only device ever manufactured with this laughingly surprising vibration and ringtone issue.
I wonder what is the reason nobody among thousands of people using s7 ever expresses their anger and dissatisfaction on the same issue, and more importantly, why samsung could not see the boldest issue in their control units.
If this is ignorable, or requires me to adjust my cloths, why is it that no other device from no other company bears the same problem?
Milv, 20 Oct 2017Well.. most of samsung phone will experience that issue, anyway (in my experience, S3 mini, S3... moreThe software gets corrupted that's why that thing happens... Well, coming from a oneplus device, I feel that the S7's software gets easily corrupted... The oneplus 3 had a tad better software experience and how hard I use the phone, whatever mischievous things I did to it, it would never get corrupted... Just yesterday my whatsapp got some issues, and they got fixed only after I reinstalled it... Lost all the recent chats

You may have used harsh vibration motors in the past and that's why you are used to that... But I've got used to it now... I can easily feel the vibration in my pocket... Or maybe I wear well fitting clothes
The-Artist, 20 Oct 2017I've noticed that the S7 heats up quite quickly with QHD Resolution and battery drains faster ... moreThe difference between HD and FHD is noticeable... But to notice it between QHD and HD is a trick...
Anonymous, 20 Oct 2017Almost 1 year with S7.
Previous phone S6 was ok... Now this phone is a different case.
... moreIt may be because of some motherboard related issues... Whenever you encounter a problem just visit the service centre as quick as possible... Tell them the issues are getting repeated... Most probably a firmware flash just requires a few minutes, don't know why they kept your phone for days...
Getting the phone replaced due to fault is a pain in every brand... Probably they repair it, and if the problem stops then your good to go...

Most cases because of batteries, don't bring it to samsung center because they only recommend to reset your phone yet it isn't the root cause :""

The dealer says it is not contained in the list of eligible items for the phone to be replaced. No software to solve, no specialist to help. Me alone with a big lose.

Mine is the fainest one in the range with respect to those qualites, even compared to completely out of dated, old, very very cheap mobile my dad is using satisfactorily.
It's one of the best Samsung phones I've used till date. Using it since 4 months now and haven't faced any issues till date, everything is wow about the S7, specially the camera is top notch.

I'm using HD resolution, no heating and the battery backup is great. Can't see much difference between HD, Full HD and QHD.
Almost 1 year with S7.
Previous phone S6 was ok... Now this phone is a different case.
It AUTOSHUTDOWN (black screen) almost 10 times over the past 10 mths I had it.
Have to press 3 buttons to switch it back on... sometimes it doesnt work.
Went to service center. Rebooted my phone (Wasted few hours there) Left my phone there a few days. Thought phone was repaired.
2nd time at service center yesterday asked me to reboot my phone for the 2nd TIME... and asked me to place my phone there for few days again... I think at this point we can safely say its a lemon. But they will not change the phone.
warranty expires in a month dont know what happens then... Well done Samsung... you have just lost a customer!
I cannot see any extra detail in quad hd so use 1080p mode, also faster using less pixels, less strain on GPU,saves battery as well.
My s7 phone, when set on vibration mode, and even on its maximum intensity, performs a very low intensity vibraton, so that I can not even notice it inside my pocket, so that several important contacts are missed. The same is true when an Mp3 file is used instead. what should or can I do to fix the problem?
AnonD-481725, 16 Oct 2017Nice! Problem solved, which means in future when it gets Oreo you still have chance to downgra... moreIts not because of the update... First of all 1080p serves better in terms of battery life and as the phone gets old the battery life degrades... Secondly, you don't always need a 2k display, for everyday task 1080p is sufficient... Atleast samsung has the option...
