Thaer, 31 May 2016So I kept reading your posts before and after buying s7 edge, and after I saw the post about t... moreI got the wife an S7 Edge two months ago. She's not a techi user, and hardly use LTE or even via wifi. The camera is absolutely incredibly fast in focus, motion picture is something extra we keep using for family moments. The first three seconds of video before the still shot gives it extra context. 60 frames per second of FHD makes for very smooth video - something I'm really wanting.
I end up using the S7 Edge when she isn't off at the office. I'm now its default user during weekends. Battery is pretty ok, normal usage can last over 16 hours even with over 6 hours SOT, and even still have 10 to 20% of battery left.
So I kept reading your posts before and after buying s7 edge, and after I saw the post about too much lag I HAD ENOUGH.
The phone never lags a bit, it's smooth, the battery lasts more than what you expect from your tasks, it's the best, no more than 3 percent loss during night time, sound from headphones amazing, from external speakers is low coz you have WATER RESISTANCE, storage is enough and with SD you have no excuse, camera is amazing with FAAAAAst auto focus and double tap to start, screen is WoW top of the line. The body is amazing but sure need a protection, it's normal to get warm while downloading with WIFI.
Sorry for long post, but believe me it's the user fault not the device.
And lastly I have it for 1 month and no scratch on the fingerprint so be clever.
Try to load your PC with stupid adware and ton of shitty programs and see what happened, IT IS THE USER FAULT, thats why iphone is smooth, coz users are limited there.
Not enough battery at all...
Even not for half a day, actually with celer data.
Screen was broken in the firts six hours
Hi everybody. I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge. When i search in internet for the imei of my phone it says that this imei doesn't exist. Does this mean that my s7 edge is a fake one?
Somebody pls tell me or say educate me. Does all samsung android fones have same User Interface or same user experience? What draws the line between premium samsung fones and cheap samsung fones? only hardware ? or something else which boost productivity like blackberry does.

aali2, 29 May 2016my latest update is G935FXXU1APD1Latest is G935FXX41APE9. Sam is mixing so much sub models its become a fish market. So many without warranty, have com n market, from fareast or Europe esp eastern. It does matter of updates chipset etc. Stay away. Might cost you less few bugs, but any problem is total loss.
Still prefer Lumia 950XL, gives me the taste of next generation business world
aali2, 29 May 2016my latest update is G935FXXU1APD1If I manually update this, warranty will void or not? Please let me know.
[deleted post]You should definitely buy an Iphone. It will surely provide a great VR experience for you. Not to mention you will get rid of the SD card annoyance. LOL
i m using since past 2 months, yesterday the screen is gone, given to service center to change the LCD, very sad to buy a costly phone and face such issues, it is better to go for cheaper models which provides tension free experience
[deleted post]That's pretty normal. 35 to 40°C seems to be the normal temperature, even with high graphics games. My Note 3 goes up to 45°C when combined LTE hotspot, downloading and being charged at the same time.
The S7 series has a heat pipe cooling system. First one Samsung has implemented on a flagship device. They increase GPU and CPU performances from previous generation. I'm less worried about 42°C happening on the S7 Edge.
I'm using G935FD. On fast charge its temperature went to 41C on normal use its 35-38 is its normal? Or device is over heating?
Jerrymaclennan, 29 May 2016Can the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge be used with a Stylus .......S pen or S note application or oth... moreNope. It does not have a special sensor sheet behind the AMOLED screen to interact with the S Pen.
Can the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge be used with a Stylus .......S pen or S note application or otherwise by Android or another developer........
Allen LLESHI, 28 May 2016update your edge with G935FXXU1APE9..my latest update is G935FXXU1APD1
Pure gaming for 6 solid hours of Need for Speed. 92% to 1% in 6 hours. I don't know how that is in contrast with the same heavy-graphics game with other latest device.
Temperature is relatively cool between 35 to 40°C, even with the Need for Speed game, thanks to the liquid pipe cooling. In fact, S7 Edge performs does not go over 40°C even when charging at standard method. Using fast charging spikes up the temperature to 42°C. I have yet to try fast wireless charging. Regular wireless charging with a non-Samsung Qi charger keeps it at constant over 40°C.
Daniel S7 edge owner, 28 May 2016After your logics people shouldn't buy Lamborghini because a truk have a bigger gas tank. But ... moreThat is true, glad you agree that Lenovo Vibe P1 is better than this expensive phone.
3600mAh will never be greater than 5000mAh ever.
This is a mobile phone not a car, some brain please!
