LoL, Europe got nougat like august 2017, and today should be released Oreo for s7 edge also in Europe. I guess that your carriers sux so badly in keeping phone updated.
I agree with you, I have a 935v verizon model and it was successfully abdicated with new software with a security patch from 01.01.2018 ... Abdeite is done through the software verification software that is in the phone and the installation appears when the phone is connected to the pc ...

when will release nuaghat software in this model?
scachy, 16 Dec 2017Please does anybody know how I can update this phone to Android 7.0 ? If you have the Verizon variant and living outside the US, you need a PC to update the phone, just plug it then choose install software in USB options in the notification bar, it will install the software, from there you can update the phone.
Please does anybody know how I can update this phone to Android 7.0 ?

If you flash (carefully) the correct firmware for your provider it will work on said provider, at least for the US providers I've tried. I got my phone, physically it's a SM-G935P, but I have flashed it to the Verizon firmware and used it on their network with all the correct LTE bands, and am not using it with the unlocked (SM-G935U) firmware on T-Mobile with VoLTE and VoWiFi with no issues. Great phone.
i have s7 edge from verizon and its not working here in the Philippines. It only shows Simcard is not from verizon. Can read local simcards. worst ever.
Dear users, I saw this ad of a Verizon S7 edge with DUAL sim. Can any of you explain how is this possible? The phone even got the Verizon logo and everything... (32 GB, 4GB RAM)
Anonymusthvthisphone, 11 Dec 2016Hello, GSMarenans :D Let me get straight to the point. I recently got SM-935U Olympic edition... moreprobably not if it's not the international version. The US version only uses specific cell towers with the antennas inside
Anonymous, 28 Jun 2017is blocked in verizon? is brand verizon on back?are you looking at the gsm version or the cdma version?
Asher, 02 Aug 2017Anyone can please tell me that the which version is better T-mobile or At&t? And what is... moreI think the difference is antennas that tmobile and at&t use where sometimes tmobile piggy backs off of at&t's cell towers

And what is... moreAside from the network bands, All USA phones have the exact same specs.
Both T-Mobile and AT&T connect via the same band technology, GSM. If you're planning to use this phone in your country, make sure your network provider is providing GSM signals and not CDMA.
Personally I would pick a T-Mobile phone over an AT&T. T-Mobile does not have an obvious 'trampstamp' (forced logo stamping on product) on the back of their phone and T-Mobile phones are easier to unlock than other service providers.
