I got my S8+ last week, no doubt for its battery life is good and amazing. The only things that I don't like are the fingerprint sensor location, quite inconvenient. Face unlock is faster than iris unlock. Anyway, still an awesome phone. I can feel that Samsung put a lot of efforts on this phone.
Got my Samsung Galaxy S8+ Coral Blue
*Its Fast, butter smooth
*No lag at all
*Fresh Looks in entire Rom is cool
*IRIS Scanner works Perfectly in all light conditions for me
Tested in Dark romm and it works just fine
*Fingerprint print scanner is perfect and i dont feel discomfort for the placement om back
its reachable easily and no issues
*Display Mode Set to QHD and battery life is excellent only
*Initially had red tint on edges ( Left, Top & Right )
After updating to new version and setting edge color balance to COOL, no more Red Tint on edges
*Using Basic mode for display no red ting or any other tint
*Adaptive mode has color balance adjustments but its not required, basic mode itself is cool for me
*AOD is cool, no battery drains
*Using from last 3 days and im getting 8hrs to 10 hrs SOT easily :-)
*Battery life is too good, New 10nm Exynos 8895 Chip is Too Fast and Battery Friendly and works flawlessly
*Not Rooted or not Installed Custom Recovery or Custom Rom
I dont fell use of them as Stock rom performance is outstanding
*We can disable bloat apps using Samsung Package disabler
and also we can uninstall some samsung apps which come preloaded with rom
***Good work by Samsung***
What is the difference between S8 and S8 plus? They are the same apart from size. Why big difference in price?
I personally think that there's isn't much of difference between the S7 edge and S8+ a part from the design and iris scanner of cause I'm running on the S7 edge (128GB) and I'm super happy with it I won't ever buy a device after my Edge because it ticks all the boxes and I have internal storage galore don't get me wrong its always nice to have the latest addition to the smart phone world but is it worth all that cash? I hope everyone is satisfied with the mobile they having because technology will only get bigger from here like more RAM better CPU better camera new design that's about it so if you happy with what you have why go spend more on something
Yesterday night buy new galaxy s8 plus, very good phone, looking very beautiful, i am happy with this phone.
Don't buy this phone !!!
It's really bad quality of screen and if you lat fall it from 30/40 sm ( even with protective case and screen protector) be ready to pay 250€ for replace screen.
That is happening with me and Samsung don't care if you satisfied or????
All video clip on YouTube about ,, excellent quality " it's not through and Samy is behind this fake publicity
Friends, my GS8+ have heating issues(specially using cam). Does anyone facing same issue?
Texas mom, 07 May 2017Do not buy this phone thinking it's durable (like they advertise). Bought this for my 18 year... moreI agree ,but You try not to use the mini comp/ Smart phone of any brand/ models as a durable devices bcz its simply fragile and bware if using them, I think.neverthaless the N5 is still being a better one😊😍😊😊😊😊
Do not buy this phone thinking it's durable (like they advertise). Bought this for my 18 year old daughter for graduation (after the battery in her Galaxy S6 overheated and fried the phone). Yesterday she barely dropped for the first time (I witnessed it). The upper right corner hit the ground and it landed on its back. Picked it up to find a cracked screen in four different places. This was all while it was in an OtterBox case. They call this phone durable. WTF??? My sons and I have dropped our iPhones (5, 6, 7 you name it) a million times and much harder than that and never once cracked a screen. She is on her third Galaxy and each of them had quality issues. Yet she is always drawn to the hype behind them. The issue with her S6 was definitely a safety issue as the phone was too hot to even touch when the battery over heated. I guess I should have drawn the line there and the joke is on me for giving Samsung one more shot. The Galaxy S8 is an incredible phone technology wise, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired (and then some) and certainly not worth the cost.
Akloo, 07 May 2017Cheap popularity, nothing extra innovative than S7 Edge, but if you have money to throw around... moreS7 edge is good. But it's having problems for the fingerprint scanner. It will get scratched easily and paint will be gone.. I am currently using it. Sadly this does not cover under warranty. Then there's 10 nm process that's a huge improvement from s7 edge. The less the "nm" the best the performance and lower the power consumption.
'Awesome phone' just one word description.. hold it in your hand, use it and then comment....
Cheap popularity, nothing extra innovative than S7 Edge, but if you have money to throw around then even go for gold plated one. Guys Note 8would be far better in 836 and bit flatter. Same idiotic price, but new colors also n short supply. Black and grey only available, die hards may be suicide. Rest wait till 3rd Qtr and get for 500$,I bet. Nothing extra appealing or 4k display. That's it!
