AnonD-682955, 21 Jul 2017The latest update didn't resolve slow charging issues.Yeah I had a look at a few forums and you're right many people experiencing the same issues. Well I hope it gets sorted out for you soon. Haven't had any problems myself but I agree with you they need to sort it out pronto! ... and bixby! this whole bixby thing has become a bit of a joke too, a whole button dedicated to a ***** beta, not good. I love my S8 Plus, very happy with it but that doesn't mean I will defend Samsung at all cost.

Can anybody help me with the information "Is S8+ has 6GB RAM version powered by snapdragon 835 chipset? Or 6gb ram just available in exynos chipset?" Thanks in advance.

AnonD-682955, 20 Jul 2017Lots of users are experiencing very slow direct cable and wireless charging, not good! Samsung... moreI do know that the latest update that is being rolled out at the moment ( G955FOXM1AQG5 ) does include wireless stability improvements.
Personally I have encountered no problems with my S8 Plus.
Lots of users are experiencing very slow direct cable and wireless charging, not good! Samsung has yet to acknowledge the issues even though numerous user complaints are on the Samsung Communities Forum. I had an online chat with a Samsung Support Tech who had no solutions and stated I have a defective phone. It looks to be a widespread defect regardless of the model or country the phone was assembeled. Samsung needs to address this, word travels fast and I'm pretty sure they don't need another battery disaster.
