Pathetic phone & pathetic service of Samsung,phone start showing message while charging "moisture detected " even I didn't take my phone there where moisture is possible still after taking this point in mind that it will be ok in few days I keep on using phone but even when it's not get ok I took that phone to service centre where they updated my it's sub pba & charger adaptor will be change But due to GST they don't have these parts i need to visit after 15 days so I did ,n when I handed over the phone it was promised that my phone will be returned after 1 day but still after 2days when i visited service centre it will take more time as phone back glass is peel off n they need to change that as well what kind of phone Samsung sell for65k as i refused to take repaired set for so many things nobody is bother to take care of customer never buy Samsung phone

Well I hope it gets sorted out for you soon. Haven't had any problems myself but I agree with you they need to sort it out pronto! ... and bixby! this whole bixby thing has become a bit of a joke too, a whole button dedicated to a ***** beta, not good. I love my S8 Plus, very happy with it but that doesn't mean I will defend Samsung at all cost.

Apart from the latest Android security patch, the update also brings improved stability to the camera and wireless charging as per the official changelog.

Personally I have encountered no problems with my S8 Plus.
Lots of users are experiencing very slow direct cable and wireless charging, not good! Samsung has yet to acknowledge the issues even though numerous user complaints are on the Samsung Communities Forum. I had an online chat with a Samsung Support Tech who had no solutions and stated I have a defective phone. It looks to be a widespread defect regardless of the model or country the phone was assembeled. Samsung needs to address this, word travels fast and I'm pretty sure they don't need another battery disaster.
