$id, 25 Sep 2017I have been using iphone from last 2 years, was in love with it had high hopes with iphone 8/x... more6 months if you put in a slow sd card and fill your phone up with useless crap and useless apps. Yes, it will slow down and not only for Samsung but for all android phone. So, if you want to keep it like new after 6 months dont alter too much. Keep it simple.
S8 phone's Shape and design Amazing. I fell in Love with S8. The moment i saw S8 i decided to buy. and i Own it. As a experienced user i Recommend to Buy S8 who need to purchase a phone with a good camera and Good display and good Features.
AnonD-260677, 25 Sep 2017i told u...go for the s8....coz its got android. not only u can get what u want u can even cus... moreI was also an iPhone user for years, and yes now switched to S8. I agree it all depends on your preference. I was also after the customization and expandable memory.
Apple phones are good indeed, but still limited. It will still boils down how you will use the gadget, and what features you are after :)

I have been using iphone from last 2 years, was in love with it had high hopes with iphone 8/x , but very disappointed with what was accounced .Hence planning to buy S8 love the design , but just wanted to ask does S8 get slow after using it for few months. I have heard from a few people that Samsung phones become slow after using for 6 months
I don't want to spend money on phone every year . I want to use the new phone for at least 3 years (please advise keeping this in mind).

*Sigh*Guys I can't decide which to buy S8 or IPhone 7.people everywhere complain about each Smartphone,Man can understand the situation...Need user experience... :-/.Cant decide. Is S8 is better or IPhone 7 is better??
Jay, 24 Sep 2017So wit what you're saying would you say maybe the iPhone 7 battery is similar in terms of usag... moreI have no idea about iPhone 7, but my trivial conclusion after using the Samsung S8 for 2 weeks and iPhone 5S for 2.5 years is that, although S8 has much larger battery capacity, power consumption is also higher, so in the end they both drain the battery in the same manner for me (using WAZE for 2 hours/day during workdays, 4G enabled, push email feature). Of course consumption may be optimized, but nevertheless I expected better results out of the box, without the hassle of fine tuning battery usage. I used both mainly as business phones, not for entertainment.
Besides that, it is an outstanding phone IMHO.
