You said you took the phone to a Samsung Service Centre so therefore repairs should themselves be covered. So no need to pay repeatedly if phone has not been fixed. 7 times!

You should either receive a replacement phone or have it repaired. Alternatively it is not a genuine Samsung and you have bought a cheap copy. I have had mine for almost 2 years now and no problems whatsoever. It's a great phone in every way.

1... moreI'm not taking it personally at all. I'm neither happy or unhappy about your post but I find your claim very suspicious if I'm honest.
You have a phone that you bought less than a year a go that is still within the warranty period and just by coincidence 3 of your colleagues that have the same issue too. And none of you have been able to get the problem fixed and you have have given up and said "ahhh well that's $500 down the drain"
I visit many sites and forums and come face to face with people that have issues with their phones and from what you have said, quite frankly, something just isn't ringing true here.

Kind advice for those people considering to buy this device. Keep away. Just keep away.....bought this phone last year September....worked exceptionally...gorgeous screen, very fast, good reception....then it started the famous restarts issue with unresponsiveness at time..
Took it to the Samsung care centre so far nothing has changed..the device restarts even during calls. In less than a year my USD 500 has gone down the drain.
Have 3 colleagues with similar issues...

And sound quality in Pubg is very poor in this phone bu... moreI had a look (searched - pubg mobile sound problem) to see if sound issues were widespread and if the issues were only restricted to the S8. Many people are reporting similar issues with the game when playing on many mobile phones so the problem is not restricted to the S8.
My s8 heats up when i play Pubg on it. And sound quality in Pubg is very poor in this phone but overall sound is good. I don't know how i can enhance Pubg sound on this device.
boscoco, 19 Jul 2019why does this phone have such a problem with burn images?It doesn't. Sure you may find the odd case here and there but many of the users will have used their phones in a unconventional way e.g doing something on the phone that would be considered excessive
In the large scheme of things and considering the amount of units sold there is nothing alarming about discovery that a very small minority of users will develop issues over time and that is no different from any other manufacturer out there to be fair.
And just to add that if defects occur within warranty period Samsung should address.
