The only reason why am not happy with s8 is its huge screen which cannot fit in my pockets,Samsung would have stuck on 5.1 inches instead of these big screens which are admired by few people. Am waiting for s.9 if it comes with 5.1 inches i will definitely own it but if it comes with a big screen of 5.8 i will not buy it, i will turn my back on iPhone small phones instead.
S8, 20 Aug 2017messaging on samsung s8 takes time in sending a message not quick unlike other mobile phones ,... moreit may have these type of problems....mine is the gallery app glitching whenever i scroll it.
i thing a reset should solve these problems.

messaging on samsung s8 takes time in sending a message not quick unlike other mobile phones , send software updates to fix messaging on Samsung S8 ASAP.

I would say loving the Infinity Display. Super AMOLED screen is the best display in black and power consumption. 3 flagship phones to buy in 2017 is 4K HDR, Squeeze, Infinity Display.

Believe it or not my intention is to help, if I am able to do so. If you look at his/her post it I would suggest that neither you or I can determine whether our fellow forum member/visitor is in fact a 'noob' (hate that word) based on this one question alone. Is there truly any problems with the approach I have taken. Anything wrong with any questions I have asked? I believe I have been honest, respectful and potentially helpful but I'm open to any constructive criticism that you may have?
I have not assumed anything about the person that asked the question at all. Have you?
I understand that you are in the business of selling phones. If a Customer approached you with the same question, would you just give them your opinion, just go into some big spiel?
How would you approach this?
Personally I would find out what knowledge they had initially what experience they had with either apple or android? Find out about what they prefer, what phones etc they have used in the past. Its about what they the 'Customer' is happy with, it's about what is best for them, its not what our opinion on what is the best phone out there. We all have our preferences and prejudices and I believe it's important to put them aside as best we can.
Even little things may swing the Customer in a certain direction e.g The Customer may have £1000's of $1000's of apps downloaded from either the apple or play store. What's the point in just amazing people with your vast knowledge and opinions if only to find out small things such as this that will either make or break the deal for the Customer regardless of anyone's opinion.
