Oky all fine but memory only 64GB???? I think it should be 128GB....
Will not see my money. It should have brought the IR blaster back.

AnonD-675501, 08 Jun 2017I did not realize this but Verizon sold me an Unlocked phone the SM-950U and yes this model do... moreNope. I have gone through the net for last few hours and didn't find anything about FM chip enabled S8/S8+ in the world.
Go to gsmarena and in S8's specification page, click on your model number (G950U in your case). You will see that the things that are different in your model are marked with pink on the right. Go down and you will see that beside the Radio there is written "No", instead of "Yes".
Now-a-days people don't use radio as it needs to use handsfree cable as antennas (in-built antennas don't work a lot of the times and they throw hiss noise if the angle is not perfect) and people moved toward wireless handsfree than wired handsfree. So the manufacturers have stopped putting FM radios inside.
But if you really have FM chip activated inside, you should be worried that someone cheated you with a clone model. Because Chinese clones have more than what the real phones tends to have. And model numbers are just an entry, very much do-able with software.
Hope you have NOT been cheated with a clone. Take care. Ciao...
mannypacquiao, 07 Jun 2017buy a memory card since it is expandableThe internal memory of S8 & S8+ is 64GB, but it is expandable with a memory card. Sure, a user like him won't be able to find any known brand phone for use. He will have to go for Chinese unknown brands where they offer two SIM cards + memory expansion. He is saying that S8+ is too big for him. Well, there is always S8. And he is for sure be unable to find a phone which has smaller screen and two SIM plus memory expansion plus Android. He will have to go for a basic phone.
I don't see it fit using a top end smart phone like SGS8, LGG6 or any other known brand and use two SIMs in it. Yes, they have the option, but doesn't mean you will have to use it by losing another option. I would prefer to use an expandable memory card rather than two SIM cards.
And the edge touch he is talking about, he doesn't even know that S8 & S8+ has palm rejection now. It doesn't open up apps by accidental touch. I am using my S8 for 30 days till today. And I didn't even accidentally pressed the Bixby button after initial 2/3 days. It's funny how people judge without actually knowing it.
mannypacquiao, 07 Jun 2017buy a memory card since it is expandableI want to use dual sim and at least 128 gb memory.
I think there is no space inside phone to incorporate a dedicated slot for memory card
Anonymous, 05 Jun 2017Samsung ruin all of their phones with all that crap Samsung bloatware they insist on forcing u... moreI bet anything you haven't even tried the S8. Yes, in the past what you said was true. But Samsung has been improving steady every year. I switched from a Pixel to the S8 and the S8 runs better! No package disabler, just disabled few apps. The phone is optimized incredibly well.
Try it first before you you talk trash!
I did not realize this but Verizon sold me an Unlocked phone the SM-950U and yes this model does have the FM chip enabled.
The SM - G950U Model from Verizon in the US does have the FM radio chip enabled in it. Need to use Next Radio to use it.
There are two things if you could do it would make huge sales difference in your company, It would be really useful if you switch from non-removable battery to removable battery. This especially, with high features phones like Galaxy S8. The second thing, increased the internal memory and upgraded for 32, 64 and 128 GB.
Khan, 07 Jun 2017Im a bit confused bw samsung s7 edge and the s8 .. please i want honest suggestion from those ... moreAnd there are only a handful of people who have switched from S7e to S8/S8+. Personally all those people whom I knew using an S7e, didn't buy the newer S8/S8+ after the release. So I don't think you will find anyone who have personal experience with both the phone as a user. I have held and pressed my friend's S7e, but I don't know more than anything about the battery capacity of S7e beyond what I read and saw in YouTube.
I hope you understood my point. Take care. Ciao...
Khan, 07 Jun 2017Im a bit confused bw samsung s7 edge and the s8 .. please i want honest suggestion from those ... moreIf looks is a factor for you or newer flagship is a must for you and spending the amount will not hurt you much, go for S8. If money is a factor, looks doesn't matter much, newer technology isn't an issue, go for S7e.
Basically S8 & S7e has a few differences only, nothing much to create a huge difference. Holding both the phones in hand will feel almost the same. But usability are different. S8 will have some better benefits (as it is newer), but S7e is not far off.
It's better to go to somewhere where you can hold both the phones in your hand and see what's inside. No matter how much you hate my words, you are the one who will use it for some time and you should be the one to know best what you like better. I know people who have bought S7e instead and are happy and know some who bought S8 instead and are happy. It depends on your needs and wants.
Take care. Ciao...
