2. Local authorized samsung service returned it with official explanation that they had "re-calibrated" the screen (tho, reddish tint across the screen and around edges is still there), however, unofficially i was told that some S8's have such faulty screen and others don't and since i have additional warranty they can swap the screen if i "accidentally" brake the current one.

I've never used a better device. Stable, fast, beautiful and user friendly. Honestly... what more could you ask for?

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2017s8 or iPhone 8... which is better?I have an s8, my wife has an iphone8. Her iphone8 is not very different to her previous iphone6s whereas my s8 is a leap above my previous s6. Both phones will be fine though. It's personal choice between android and ios and also on what size phone you prefer. Neither will disappoint you.

But it's all over any brand or city, because 100 millions cell been sold, and if 25% turn up, what chaos will erupt. It's our own unexperienced attitude, do not know how to handle, or operate, resulting in malfunction. Rather than blame company.

no name, 31 Oct 2017Hmmm,Apple must be joking too with 2000mah battery!battery capacity doesn't mean, it's mean of device performance, you know iphone se lasts 2 days that too battery 1624mah, what about any other phones which does have 3k,4k,50k capacity?
am not scolding any brand or model of mobiles, just informing you guys that battery lasts depending on device performance.
Samsung has the worst customer service ... they take long time in everything .... not professional .... never Samsung again... do not waste your money with these people
