Brand new phon... moreI had even worse experience with Apple, they resolved the issue only when I was about to sue them. I think Samsung is very good for customer service, much better than Apple. Maybe you messed up otherwise getting a replacement isn't that difficult from Samsung.. They are much better than liars from Apple

If you are indeed outside the time period in which you can demand a refund or replacement under Consumer Law in your country, then what other smartphone manufacturer could you guarantee would give you a brand new replacement instead of just offering you a repair?

I don't know how 'brand new' your phone is but its worth also checking consumer law in the country where you live, if you have not already done so, just in case someone is fobbing you off. You may find that you have the right to demand a replacement or even a full refund but only if you act within a certain period of time after purchase (e.g UK 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act)
Some retailers will even go above and beyond beyond their requirements too E.g John Lewis UK (35 days) So worth checking out.

Constant disturbance on calls .As Samsung decided to shirk responsibility and said we will not replace but only repair. We took it to an authorised samsung service centre. They messed it up even more. Took it another time. While there still seems to be a sound problem the clarity is much better. But now there is a problem with the headphones. Left side is not working, whereas if I plug it into my laptop both sides are working. I have to again take it to the service centre. This is a brand new phone ! Yet Samsung refuses to replace the device. No more Samsung for me after this nightmare. They just dont care. - A disgruntled customer :-(

or normally 4-5hrs of screen on time. if u r a heavy gamer you will probably get 3 to 3.30hrs screen on time.

Hi to those who are experiencing battery drain issue. You might wanna try this. IF YOUR NOT USING YOUR PHONE TURN IT OFF. Lets say when at work, sleeping or as long its not being use shut down your device and after few days your phones battery will be good as new.
After half year usage, the left side of the earphone has started to lose its sound.

They should have said that okay we'll give you a 100 dollar earphone, but it will broke within a year.
What is this if not a planned obsolescence?
