New s9+ user, 13 Jun 2018Woreied about burn ins. I got it 2 days ago but from my experience with the s7 im afraid of a ... moreI had burn in on my S8 after less than a year of usage and judging by the size and resolution the S9 i'm guessing it's using the same display as the S8 so you will get them eventually but to avoid them for as much time as possible i suggest you regulate your luminosity to the lowest possible setting which is comfortable for you and change the icons and theme from time to time.
edi, 13 Jun 2018galaxy s9+ or iph 8+ , please ppl give me the best advice for it , as i own an iph 8+ nd im so... moreNO. If you own an iphone 8 plus and you're satisfied with it and like the ecosystem then don't buy the S9+ because you will be disappointed in the long run. If you really want to change then wait for the Note 9 which comes out in a couple of months and will be better and will cost about the same after a month or 2 after its launch so save up your money and keep using the iphone because it's a capable enough device and changing it now is a waste of money.
scorpio, 15 Jun 2018No. Screen burn in is a thing of the long distant past.Yes, burn in is a thing that only happened until last year #sarcasm. My S8 got burn in just by normal usage, the upper bar with time and signal bars burned it beautifully in my S8 in under a year of usage so burn it still happens and you should avoid it by having your luminosity as low as possible and maybe changing icons and theme every now and then.

One thing that I hate is the lack of applock for this phone, secure folder can not lock the stock messaging app and i dont like the way how secure folder works. I Hope samsung add this applock feature on the next update. I dont want to use 3rd party apps like applock. I like it to be inbuilt feature ,just like in MIUI roms. Very bad from samsung not to include such good feature.
i cant transfer files from S9plus to computer like before,
whats happening with samsung..seriously samsung now days its getting worst.what the hell samsung
Samsung galaxy s9, s9+ are looking very smart and stylish👍🏻, but it's performance are very bad👎🏻 because of it becomes over heat when we using even simple app also. Last month only i bought samsung galxy s9 plus i feel very happy to bought s9+ but after 5 day's only i understand i lost my money on this mobile...😕 Its working very poor.........

I think they're saving the actual innovation for next year, since it's the 10y anniversary for the galaxy series. At least they solved some design issues for those who had them. Still a good phone, but I don't think it's worth that extra $ for those who want to upgrade from s8/s8+
AnonD-757304, 10 Jun 2018Galaxy S10 & X rumors are awesome but look at Apple, even iphone 5s is getting ios 12 &... moreThe different between iPhone and other Android OEMÂ’s that Apple owns there OS and theyÂ’re the one written there OS from the scratches since late 70s unlike android that bought by google and didnÂ’t wirtten even by google. Even pixels google phones supports only for 2 to 3 years maximium due to the android hardware and software limitation, so we canÂ’t blame Samsung theyÂ’re trying there best through security patches that fix lot of issues with there phones and hope Samsung made there own OS in near future since Samsung owns the best hardware behind Apple.
