Hey everyone, i am using s9 plus since Month now and the only problem i am facing is with the battery backup, my screen on time has not gone beyond 3hrs since the first day and now after a month the battery drains like 30 to 40% even without using overnight, i tried removing AOD and changing the resolution to low, but still the battery backup did not increase.
My battery drains totally within 11 to 12 hrs with a max of 3hrs of SOT.
Is there anyone who is facing the same issue? Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

In an era where more and more phone makers are taking away features, Samsung are still giving consumers the best for their buck.
Best phone on the market. It has everyrhing: gorgeous display, wireless charging, headphone jack, great camera, notchless, and packed with features. Only criticisms would be it needs a beefier battery and cleaner UI but other than that it's perfect.
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2018Should I wait for the Note 9 or I buy the Galaxy S9+ ? Note 9 and S9 plus are the same phones only different Spen plus S9 plus Exyons or snapdragon in single core and multicore score better than note 9 despite both comes with same hardware Exyons 9810 or snapdragon 845. Better wait for S10 plus or right now just go for S9 plus no need to go for note 9 since itÂ’s the same phone with Spen and more heavy software Spen software + ARmoji.
This is the phone that you would definitely wanna show to the aliens when they visit planet Earth
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2018Should I wait for the Note 9 or I buy the Galaxy S9+ ? I would say go for the s9 plus as its excellent and far cheaper than what the note 9 will be and if you aren't bothered about the s pen then the s9 plus is the obvious choice.
I have been using a s9 plus for a few weeks now and it's one of the best phones I've ever had and for the money it has everything you need and expect of a flagship and for the money it's excellent but a little expensive but if you want the best you have to pay for it.
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2018Should I wait for the Note 9 or I buy the Galaxy S9+ ? Note 9 of course.
If everyone is thinking then go for the note 9.
It will have a 4,000mAh battery and many other new features.
It will be officially unveiled by Samsung on 9th August, and it's said that it will be the best Note so far out there.
the rate is too high and the features is very low
but overall phone is good
at last price is very high
ItÂ’s very awesome, had this phone since launch. I absolutely love the performance, they can out perform so much androids phones and even some iOS devices. For the battery, itÂ’s kind of okay... when I use live wallpapers and Always On Display, battery drains a little bit more ( For Example: The Always On Display drains from me atleast 1% An Hour) but mostly, it can be used for a awfully long time when itÂ’s on max battery saving mode but there is so much cons for that. Gaming is great for the device! I currently have the USA(G965U) model and while playing a heavy graphic (Like ARK and PUBG) games it does reduce a lot of battery but the graphics looks stunning just for a 2018 phone and not to mention some games can be locked at 60FPS on Game Launcher. For YouTube, it looks good with no notches like the iPhone X and it has curved sides, they can reduce around 10% of your battery depending on what youÂ’re doing as you can multitask YT. Oh, for their memory... They have a 64-128GB ROM for you to pick. I prefer 128 if youÂ’re the one who likes to take picture and you can add UP TO 512GB for your phone! For the RAM, 6 Gigs of RAMS are advertised on the phone but, youÂ’ll only see 2.5 Gigs or less available on the phone due to the system. Personalizing the phone is a A+ on the phone, You can use Samsung theme to make it like yours, for the cons, some of the themes are a bit pricey. The camera is also great! It can take low light pictures, and for the Super Slo Mo, itÂ’s great too as they add music. Taking videos on 4k60FpS will take some space from your phones as you may need to get a 128GB phone. Most of all, itÂ’s very amazing, IÂ’d give it a 4.5 stars for the phone itÂ’s great for itÂ’s price, itÂ’s great for the cam, itÂ’s great for your personal use. For now, letÂ’s wait for the Note 9 since Android 9 is coming out.
Anonymous, 25 Jul 2018What is the difference of S9 plus made in Korea and HongkongHong Kong model is with Snapdragon
Korean model is with Exynos. Which has a more powerful CPU and unlocked bootloader.
This is an awesome phone! My first Samsung phone and I really love it I just recently purchased this phone last week. The performance, camera , sounds and battery life are perfect. Thank you guys for helping me to decide no regrets.;)
Kind of a very common spec's with not worth for money at all, since the other brands has improved alot & came up with high spec's on their phone's with an affordable prices.
Anonymous, 30 Jul 2018We haven't yet reached the stage, where a mobile telephone is capable ... moreThe software has three phases.
Phase 1 is the basic Android OS, which is accommodating more & more security and features with each version, thus requiring more & more performance resources. Chipset manufacturers are taking care of the performance here.
Top of that is Manufacturer installed custom skin or user interface, like Sense, TouchWiz, etc. This is Phase 2. These skins are getting trimmer with every update so as to balance performance. Please note I am not talking about Chinese Vendor Skins, which are getting heavier instead.
Phase 3 is user installed 3rd party apps & games. These are again getting heavier with every update.
We haven't yet reached the stage, where a mobile telephone is capable of fast performance, so don't believe all these fake reviews that say otherwise. All these smartphones, are getting bogged down by their software, which gets worse with each release, so these phones are getting slower and slower each year.
