Its a very good phone for that budget. Good call quality. There has an option to set adapt sound for calls. you can find this option in call settings. Through ACR recording you can record calls with super clarity. But need to change audio source as mic. If its still not working just change your network to 'GSM mode only'.

Please Samsung.... update the galaxy s duos 2 model to android kit kat 4.4. Other manufacturers are providing this facility to their low end devices. so if update is coming may be it is a best model under 10k rupees. otherwise shame to you.

can you kindly tell me how to install apps directly to sd card? Or how ... morethere is no way to install apps/download songs and saving it directly to the sd card. you have to download songs or apps first and then that's the time you can transfer those informations.
for apps:
settings> more> application manager> select the app you want to transfer> press the box(move to sd card)
for songs:
go to my file> look for the song you downloaded> select it> move it> select the option sd card> select the folder where you want to transfer the song
