Unknown, 09 Jun 2016It keeps on hanging. It only takes 1 year and then it keeps on having a virus and it's automat... moreI have same issue.
Sometimes, suddenly battery started dropping. In 4-5 seconds it drop by 1 %.
After this issue I found new issue that mobile behaves as someone is continuously touching randomly. You feel like random clicks are done by someone continuously.
I go to Samsung service center and told entire details.
He showed me same mobile and told that he also had same issue and he told that internal circuits are damaged.
Poor mobiles. I had a lot of trust on Samsung but after researching I found that almost all Samsung mobile hangs and made from cheap circuits.
I personally advice never purchase Samsung mobiles

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2016Opening a pattern InFirst switch of ur phone, then press volume (+), home button, power button. After few second android logo will appear. And options too, then go to reset wipe data factory reset then select with power button. Then go to yes with volume (-) button and done
