I dont't think so Samsung will going to update this one with 4.4.2 (kitkat)
I suggest you guys to wait for Samsung's new coming soon low-end mobile phone (Galaxy SM-G350E) assist with latest android OS 4.4.2 Out of the box, with 4.3" disply, 8gb internal storage, 1gb of ram, 1.2 ghz dual core, andrew 302 graphics, 8mp camera , 2300mah bettry (EXPECTED PRICE ₹6,000-7,000)

Features seems to be ok but the there are some serious issues with battery backup and performance..Seems very slow when playing games
