Please someone help me I am not able to browse the internet while talking to someone on phone mobile data gets disabled itself and background download isn't working either is there some extra settings for this...... it'll be of great help

The main problem is the battery backup of this phone, Performing such playing games & internet it's battery lasts upto only 3.30hour (appx). So you may go with Gionee, Micromax & Panasonic like options.

Be carefull with your purchasing a smartphone. Better to change your mobile and avoid updating your mobile.

AnonD-244942, 26 May 2014friends, if u want kitkat update for our S DUOS 2, then we all have to request Samsung Company... mores duos 2 will not get kitkat updates samsung will launch kitkat in galaxy ace style which has same specs like s duos 2....samsung always fail to update in low budget phone just see all mid range phone sduos sduos2 trend duos 1,2 galaxy young fame core starpro all phones have not got os updates after they launch....buy ace style to enjoy kitkat. ...samsung always fail to provide updates in low budget phones samsung should learn from sony lg in mid range also they are providing kitkat but samsung is failed
