BHUMI, 22 Apr 2014hi i have purchased the samsung galaxy dues 2 and now i am inserting my memory card in the rig... moreU must try to clean the golden strip part of memory card with a dry cloth nd try again to to put the memory card...nd if it does not works then see if u r putting correctly

chara, 25 Apr 2014How do I transfer a file from pc to my phone or vice versa using a usb cable. I already tried ... moreHave you insert you sd card on your device? If not...then first insert your card and try again.
Or if you already inserted then remove it, u need to buy a card reader. Insert your card in card reader, connect with your pc, make folders, move your files.
After that insert your card again in your phone.
Once when u will do this...next time whenever u connect your device using data cable, it will show u 2 pages...1 for your internal storage & 2nd for your sd card.

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2014What to do if "Move to SD Card" option is not highlighted ??U don't need to do anything, if move to sd card option is not highlighted...this means that those apps have already been saved to sd card or can't be able to move sd card.
