2] 7582 have Front VGA Camera whereas 525 don't have any Front Camera. So, you can't do video calling.
3] 7582 have Dual Core 1.2 GHz with Cortex-A9 whereas 525 have only Dual Core 1 GHz.
4] 7582 have Compass Sensor whereas 525 don't have Compass Sensor.
And the most important,
5] 7582 have OS Android 4.2 and 525 have OS Windows 8. Today, Android have very great demand and Android users are increasing in huge numbers. And may be, there will be another update of V4.3 for 7582.

This is a great phone price under 10000... vedio and camera quality is very good. .. no lag no problem. .. support all apps and all games. .. I have use it 4 months till no problems. ...
