samsung is very poor in battery, their battery run down every hour this mean that once u buy it u need to be ready for battery dramma

I have new duos 2 my problem i can call but i connot recive any call from other side. my friends says your phone show bzy i try from my other mobile number i find of my duos 2 not receiving call please let me know what is problem thanks.

I am facing battery problems in this phone.I am using this ph from april 2015.Since May my ph is getting switched off every now n then.battery will show 60-70 % charge but will switch off on its own. when u switch it on it will show very less battery like 1%-2% .Even after changing the battery the problem continues.
