1.) Go to SETTINGS
2.) Go to MY DEVICE
3.) Go to SOUND
4.) Go to VIBRATE WHEN RINGING then after that unchecked it

my phone keeps on vibrating even if the "vibrate when ringing" is not ticked. i have to turn it to a silent mode to remove the vibration. i want to hear the ringing so it can alert me of any messages or calls. but each time i put on the Sound, vibration is again activated. please help me on how to remove the vibration when the sound is activated. Thanks! :)

what you are saying,its speed is about 400kbps and even more sometimes.please check your phone it might have a problem
