I'm using this phone for nearly four months but recently my phone undergoes unexpected shutdown eventhough battery have a enough charge. Can anyone give me a solution for this problem.

I bought this phone a few days ago. I am very pleased with everything works well, and I recommend them to you for the money and the second compartment that phone. All my needs are meet. Reading your comments on this site I decided to buy this cell phone and I have not regretted it, thanks for your help and your opinion.

Anonymous, 15 Dec 2014when the bats at 15% it moves to 0% in NO time!!! even if not using it and NO INBUILT alamhey reset your phone to fix battery problem.go to "clock" menu to see alarms
