And when ever the signal get change, phone get starting. gett... moresamsung is now becoming too worst...they never want to help their customer...samsung is totally fail they never give updates in many mid range budget model...samsung always like to cheat customer by launching same type of model with different name...with high price and old phones updates are out...s duos is one of the worst model i bought and done mistake...in sony lg they will give good processor with good features in less price...samsung wants to take full market by launching galaxy every months but many models are failed...never never buy samsung

Facing restart issue frequently. And when ever the signal get change, phone get starting. getting feedback from customer, it is due to sim card issue. but it is not true.
With in a year 2 times mic get replaced and N number of time softwere get updated.
NOT USERFRIENDLY
As Samsung is very big companay, They need to taken care the customer who already bought this mobile and suffering lot.

Hi,
If you have already purchased the mobile GT-S7562, which means that you have already done a big mistake.
If you are planning to buy this phone, which means that you are going to drop ~13000 INR into a "Samsung Hundi".
Be careful while buying this type of mobiles with incomplete technical measurements. This phone is perfectly junk according to my experience. I have been using this phone for the last 6 months and it started auto-switch off and on (nearly 4-6 times in a day) and if i start to call any of the nos., it will getinto auto switch off and on..... this happens while using mobile intermnet also. It is a painful experience of using a faulty mobile phone after spending this much money. When I went to the Samsung showroom for its repair, the samsung peoples' response is almost worst. Even after they do some upgradation of software, it behaves according to its original character of auto-switch off and on. If you want to cross check the above info is correct of not, kindly walk to any of the samsumng service centres in India, you will find lot of frustated customers along with their faulty samsung mobiles (you will find a big crowd similar to a crowd of patients in OPD of a hospital). Even you can inquire any of the coustomers there, you may not get supportive statement from them. I am not having idea about the other models of samsung. However, think well before purchasing this model (GT-S7562). If you are not luckey, you may get incorrect/faulty piece. Better to have a short servey before buying a good mobile. --- All the best

Has any one found any 3rd party ROM that can be flashed in it.
And could give a better experience.
I've had this phone since November 2012. Tried a lot still this phone is use less.
but a change in rom can make it sensible.

Please don't purchase this cell phone........... I bought this in Nov'13. Sometimes apps get automatically opens.... Battery back up is around 4 hrs which is really not good. sometime it get auto restarted. When I gave this cell phone in the Service center then they told me that we will keep this cellphone under observation & they give me after 48 hrs. they just scan the cell phone & cleared all the apps and internal memory. But still I'm facing the same problem, Really its very bad experience.

I am using this phones around 8 months. .
The net speed is very slow as compare to canvas 4.canvas hd.
Because I am using 3 g SIM and it was working in my phones at very low speed . But while inserted the same to canvas series of phones of micromax I get good speed very fast
It have 42 mbps but this phones have 12 mbps only
Camera is good in Samsung
Battery is good in Samsung
Facebook Iis very slow in Samsung but in micromax canvas it working in high speed in 3g
I post this oppenion because i save cash and purchase samsung phone but not reached the expected quality of net speed as of micromax in same price

Hi all please download 360 security from play store.It speeds up the mobile.but make sure u enable "Enable lock screen power-saver" option in accelerator & power saver.
It will kill all the unnecessary apps and frees the memory automatically.Its working for me.

suddenly i m facing a problem in it, about Tethering and Portable hotspot. when i am going to enable,that time its showing ERROR.i restarted this phone for many times but not geyting any solution. i cant use this option now. what should i do to overcome this problem?? can anybody help me please by giving correct solution??

I'm telling u like a friend don't buy this, i bought mine before Christmas 2013 4 months ago for 175€uros and and I'm pissed off with this s*** I wanted to crash it in pieces 100 times, very bad phone memory is always low and a lot of time phone is slow
