worst experience in my life while using this phone from last 2 yrs. really it made my life hell by not supporting at urgent times even i got seperated from my girlfriend due to this sucking phone because it hangs for hours if unfortunately call drops then it needs to wait long time to get back its consciousness like a cancer patient. so i ll never ever use any samsung phone nd my suggestion to all gentlemen is never think to buy or use this phone as it ll make you mad and cry. only hangs hangs and hangs.

El, 29 Dec 2015Need to know how to save music or photos on sd card. Even my son can't work it out. To save music, photo's, etc to SD card:
Go to 'My Files' open, then 'All Files' open, then use option button (bottom right on phone) to bring up options, in options open 'Settings', from there see 'Select directories' then select image & music directory, then choose to save to sd card. Done.

rahul , 14 Dec 2015it is not good mobile always hage,no other option,very bad experience.It is slim and beautiful but it hangs up frequently. No app is suitable for call recording.
