SUDHAKAR, 05 Jan 2014If you keep all apps open then how can you blame this phone for lagging and less battery backup?.i using this phone atleast 8 months, you talk about all apps open, but even single whatsapp can't get fast startup, very slow process in every single app.. so don't talk rubbish.

i put a new widget on my phone to access short cuts but a problem arise it automatically shut down/power off what am i going to do to fix this prob

ago.till date i m going to the samsung service
centre
in 8 times. the main problem is network problem.its
automatically dropping a data connection. it shows
data is on, bt network not shows..but sim network
was in very good. service centre incharge says that
its not a set problem it is a sim problem.and says
that change a sim. so i change a sim to airtel..25
days after same problem occured.again going to
service center again software update software
update software update only software update and
says again changing sim. i m changing sim to
Idea..later same network problem..again software
update..again same problem changing a sim to
Vodafone..bt Now again same problem
occured..What
to do for Samsung..?// service entre incharge says

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2014we cant move apps to sd card in cleanmaster we can only do backup...im using cleanmasterAfter Backup on cleanmaster, than close it and then go to My files on the phone thenall files then press sd card then go to cleanmaster wich is near downloads then press it and then press backup press move and then sd card.

srinivas, 07 Jan 2014i have no signal...i used idea networkSwitch off the phone, remove and reinsert the sim card.Then switch on .
Check with another sim card say bsnl or airtel too.

I have had this phone for almost 6months now n I can't complain about anything..i believe the phone's status depends on the user.I have never regreted buying this phone. about the sctratching, almost all phones nowadays get sctratched easily especially the colour.so buy a casing n your phone will remain new.

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2014we cant move apps to sd card in cleanmaster we can only do backup...im using cleanmasterDownload Cleanmaster from google press junk files all cache will clean.Then Press App Manager make a backup and move to Ext sd card as its called.Clear junk files no hanging.

what is the battery serial number of Samsung s DUOS 2 is it same as Samsung s duos s7562. can any one help............
