Any clue how to do it an... moreyes u can go to setting> application manager> all option choose the app and disable them...i disabled many apps like google chrome playmovies playbook chat on hangout etc.. disable app which you dont want and get more internal memory...my s duos is working good after deleting this app....

Dont update this crap.
I just got a update of samsung. After update battery is draining too quickly. Hardly gives Six hours. Samsung experts should first test the update on 5 6 cells Afterwards issued a update to everyone. RECENT update ruined the whole cellphone. Thanks to samsung for this awesome gift at the end of year 2013.

either one sim is working,
i contacted samsung service center and Vodafone service center but no use
do not by this phone, you will suffer after that.
