it is the best phone under 10k. Very nice looks. Slim. Good call quality.Display is very good and bright , not much problem even in outdoors.Dual SIM works perfect.2G speed is not that good when compared to Nokia, but not too bad. 3G speed is fine. Camera is simply superb. Flash is nice. Front camera is fine.Battery backup is fine.Single core processor doesn't eat much battery and gives equal performance as that of some dual cores out there.
I did install almost 100+ apps in my phone and didn't find any lag so far. And yer i noticed a bit lag while using heavy live wallpapers and with some third party launcher themes, but if you install good quality apps, the phone is really fast.I would also suggest to use a good quality SD card of higher class , so that to avoid any lags.
Now it is among one of those 15 devices to which Samsung is going to give jelly bean update, so we can expect the best.
In short, I must say it is the best feature packed branded phone under 10k and has enough power to handle most of the android apps.The phone in it's own is a breeze to use and it won't give any issues if you know how to use it and how to select third party applications.

LUCKY DON , 24 Oct 2013hi i want to purchase a new samsung galaxy s duos plz suggest me i am new user i didnot used a... moreif u r biginer it is ok , if u r advance technology user ,it is waste b,cose it ram is very low to use maximum applications and some time it gets hanging for that u have to restart.

Hi there...
Even i have the same problem of mobile charging even after its plugged out.
Its because of the charging socket complaint.
You can repair it at a Samsung service center.
