i have bought s duos on last month.now it have aproblem while calling.when I approach the service centre they says it's ear spkr has gone.why is it happen?desperate with this..pls help

I can't find bbm on android on my s duos here in nigeria.
Then I used my browser to put it on my play store wishlist and then tried to download in playstore. It appeared in wishlist but it told me bbm is not available in my country.
What gives?
